Hello and welcome to the Chiltern Jelly booking page, thanks for stopping by.

If you are unfamiliar with Jelly and have arrived here purely out of interest, you may not know that Jelly events are casual coworking meetings where freelancers, home workers, people running small businesses etc., can get away from their normal working space, meet some new people and work together in a social environment. Jelly is a mixture of work, chat, comparing of ideas, passing on tips and help and maybe sometimes collaboration on the birth of a new project.  Jelly is not networking its aim is not to find new clients, pitch your business or to sell.

Sam Cranwell and Rob Humphries at FunkBunk in Wing, nr Leighton Buzzard, have very kindly agreed to host our first Chiltern Jelly on Wednesday 4^th August 2010 (09:30 to 17:00) and we can accommodate a maximum of 8 people at this, our inaugural event - see full address in the column to the right. There is ample free parking available. The map on this page may not be absolutely accurate so we have put together detailed driving directions that you can find here  -  tip don't use SatNav it will put you at the farm further down the road.

It's FREE to attend, come along any time from 09:30 and stay for as long as you have time available up until 17:00 and you can make sure of a place by booking above - that way we will know you're coming.  Booking is open now and we know from a good authority that there is no need to print off your ticket - we have a way to know who you are! 

What do I need to bring?
Just bring your laptop or anything that you need to be able to work and we'll provide a great venue for you to work in with free wi-fi for the day, free tea/coffee/soft drinks, a sandwich run for freshly made sandwiches to order if required or lunch venue ideas if you prefer to get out for a break to a nearby local pub or lunch place.... and you never know, there might be cake for afternoon tea!

If you’re a freelancer, designer, photographer, home-based worker or small business owner of any kind etc., it would be great if you could come along and join us on 4^th August, when you will be able to chat a little, work a lot (or a little) enjoy the company of interesting new people and exchange ideas.  So go on, we dare you, book a place, come along to Chiltern Jelly to Meet, Work & Share.
